Stamptacular Sunday "I Do" Challenge

Happy St. Patrick's Day!  This week's challenge at Stamptacular Sunday is "I Do".  The challenge is to create a card or project for a wedding or anniversary.  Our awesome sponsor is Bugaboo Stamps.  The winner has their choice of 7 digital images.  Wow!  They have some really fun and funky stamps.  If you get a chance, please check them out.

I have chosen a really sweet Lili of the Valley image, Together Forever. I had to do green for St. Patrick's Day.

This card will be for my hubby for our 32nd anniversary this August.
Wow!  32 years.  They went too fast.

Sketch Challenge

Happy Sunday! Time for another fun challenge at Stamptacular Sunday.  It's a SKETCH Challenge!  Create a card that uses the sketch below as your inspiration.  Please feel free to flip it, flop it, twist it, turn it and add any embellishments your heart desires as long as we can still see the original sketch in your final results!  I love sketch challenges.  It really takes the pressure off and puts the fun in.  Our awesome sponsors this week are PAPER TEMPTRESS who is offering a $25 gift certificate!  Wow!  Love her papers.  I just received an order of white cryogen which I use for all my stamping.  It works great with copics.  Our other sponsor is TOTALLY STAMPALICIOUS.  The winner will get their choice of one stamp set!  There is some motivation!

I am using a pre-colored image from Sassy Cheryl.  Isn't she just too cute?  I did do a little additional coloring with my copics.

I am using Irish Emma.  I had an entirely different stamp in mind for this challenge and ended up with this cutie.  Isn't she adorable?  I love to make St. Patty's Day cards to honor my Irish Heritage.  My great great grandfather was from Ireland.

Sally's Heart Balloon

Happy Sunday!  Oh my goodness!  I just rediscovered Sassy Cheryl images and bought several.  They are so darn cute.  They will be perfect for donating to Sunshine Mail.  I will post the information below if you would like to donate a card or cards.  :)

So without further ado.....introducing Sally's Heart Balloon

Inside of Card

This is my first attempt at a Clean and Simple Card Design.  I am happy with the way it turned out.
I had a difficult time with her hair.  I tried a new color combo and it was supposed to be blonde, but came out a VERY dull brown.  I thought I would have to scrap it and start over, but colored pencils saved the day. I was going to leave the image inside uncolored, but I just couldn't do it.  I lightly colored it with Copics (after I had already assembled it!) Yikes!  Luckily, it didn't bleed through.

Two's Company Challenge

Happy Sunday!  This week's challenge at Stamptacular Sunday is Two's Company.  Create a card that uses two stamps, two colors and two embellishments.  Our lovely and wonderful sponsor is Stitchy Bear Digital stamps.  They are offering a $10.00 gift certificate!

This was a fascinating challenge, especially staying within two colors.  I am not sure that I succeeded, but it certainly was interesting.  I used the colors purple and brown.  My stamps are Sophia and sentiment, You Make Life Sweet.  The two embellishments are the lace and the flowers.
