Swirls and Lace Challenge

It's a Swirls and Lace Challenge this week at  Stamptacular Sunday.  The challenge is to create a card or project that includes swirls and lace.  Our fabulous sponsor this week is Meljens Designs.  The winner will have their choice of four digis!   So - grab those frilly embellishments and come join in the fun.

I am using Irish Emma.  I had an entirely different stamp in mind for this challenge and ended up with this cutie.  Isn't she adorable?  I love to make St. Patty's Day cards to honor my Irish Heritage.  My great great grandfather was from Ireland.

Two's Company Challenge

Happy Sunday!  This week's challenge at Stamptacular Sunday is Two's Company.  Create a card that uses two stamps, two colors and two embellishments.  Our lovely and wonderful sponsor is Stitchy Bear Digital stamps.  They are offering a $10.00 gift certificate!

This was a fascinating challenge, especially staying within two colors.  I am not sure that I succeeded, but it certainly was interesting.  I used the colors purple and brown.  My stamps are Sophia and sentiment, You Make Life Sweet.  The two embellishments are the lace and the flowers.

Have a fabulous and fun week!  Spring is just around the corner.

Fairy Fever!

I love this new challenge at Stamptacular Sunday.  Fairy Fever!  Please create a card or project with a fairy on it.  Who doesn't like sweet little fairies?  I can't wait to see all your fantastic designs.  We have TWO sponsors the week.  A Day for Daisies is offering a $12 gift certificate and Delicious Doodles is offering the winner's choice of 4 digis!  Wow!  How generous of these two sponsors.  Please visit them to check out their beautiful digistamps.

This week I am using three adorable stamps from Sweet November and a Sketch from Sunday Sketch and Stamp.  They are little fairwees, Josie, Emaline and Jilly.  I have to say, I had a smile on my face the entire time I was coloring them and creating this card.  They are just the cutest.
