Gents and Gems Challenge

Happy Sunday.  It's time to dust off your your guy stamps for the Gents and Gems Challenge at Stamptacular Sunday. Our fabulous Sponsor this week, MARIANNE'S DESIGNS is offering these two adorable stamps.

This week, I chose to use Hiking Edwin from Magnolia.  I have had him for a while and thought he would be perfect for this challenge.  My husband and I love to hike, so this one is for him. The backpack is colored like our real life backpack.

Little League Birthday Card

Hi everyone!  Here is a card that I made for my mother-in-law's birthday from my hubby.  It is a digi from A Day For Daisies.  It was perfect.  She was very active in Little League with five boys!! My husband's number was one.  I guess this was made just for me.  The card, papers and diecut are Anna Griffin.  This is from a set that I bought to make easy cards and just add my personal touch with digis and whatever else fits the occasion.  I used Copics to color.

My First Tilda Card

I am new at card making, stamping and copics (and blogs!!!).  Loving the journey! This is one of the first Magnolia stamps that I recently purchased, Noble Tilda.  I wasn't sure that I liked this stamp when I was coloring it.  Then wow!  I fell in love with her.  I made this card for my sister who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer.

The card, papers, flower diecut and ribbon are from Anna Griffin.  I used oval nesties, copics to color, stickles on her shoes and earrings and a few sparklies for fun.
