Tilda with Balloon - My first easel card!

I made this card for our granddaughter's birthday in April.  It's my first try at an easel card.

Here is a closeup of the front:

Card Recipe:
Stamp - Tilda with Balloon
Paper -  My Mind's Eye
Martha Stewart Butterfly punch
Copic Markers
Sentiment - TLC Creations
Nestabilities

My first envelope.
I think these look really nice and are extremely easy to make.  Really, it just takes minutes.  Here is the 6 x 6 bulky card tutorial, where I learned how.  It is an awesome tutorial, very easy directions and lots of pics to help you.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I made this card at a class given by Laura Hill at Family Memories, a local scrapbooking store.  The design on the inside is mine.  Laura gets credit for the beautiful design outside.  We used copics to color this adorable Pure Innocence image and did paper piecing on her shirt and pants.  I had a great time in class.  Laura is a great designer and teacher. This was one of five cards we made that day and two of each!!

Here is the inside.  I like the way it turned out.  I used a nestie to cut out the Prayer, inked around the outside, stamped the shamrock and added the little shamrock charm.

Little League Birthday Card

Hi everyone!  Here is a card that I made for my mother-in-law's birthday from my hubby.  It is a digi from A Day For Daisies.  It was perfect.  She was very active in Little League with five boys!! My husband's number was one.  I guess this was made just for me.  The card, papers and diecut are Anna Griffin.  This is from a set that I bought to make easy cards and just add my personal touch with digis and whatever else fits the occasion.  I used Copics to color.

Zoe

I love the huge smile on this little girl.  She is Zoe from DigiStamp Boutique.  I used Crayola colored pencils to color her.  She is going to my stepdaughter (oh, how I dislike that word) who has such a wonderful, beautiful smile.

My First Tilda Card

I am new at card making, stamping and copics (and blogs!!!).  Loving the journey! This is one of the first Magnolia stamps that I recently purchased, Noble Tilda.  I wasn't sure that I liked this stamp when I was coloring it.  Then wow!  I fell in love with her.  I made this card for my sister who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer.

The card, papers, flower diecut and ribbon are from Anna Griffin.  I used oval nesties, copics to color, stickles on her shoes and earrings and a few sparklies for fun.
