I Feel The Love Project for Ashley

This is part two of my post for May's, I Feel the Love Project.  My previous post is a card for Ashley's father.  This one is for her.  You can read more about this family here.

I used this adorable image from A Day for Daisies.

I love this image. It was my husband's idea to have her floating out of the water.  I love the idea, but not so sure of my take on it.  I really needed to lightly color over her so that she looks like she is in the water, not in front of it.  But, I didn't want to risk ruining the card because I needed to get this card in the mail.  I just hope that it brings a smile and/or sense of hope to Ashley.

I am entering her in the following challenges:
A Day for Daisies - Anything Goes

Happy Thoughts today and always!

I Feel The Love Project

This is my first card for the awesome organization founded by Madison Womack.  This month a wonderful Father is being honored.  His name is Reggie Nelinger and he is watching his young daughter fight for her life for the second time.  Ashley has a rare form of cancer and is currently undergoing treatment.  Reggie is struggling with wanting to be with his daughter and the necessity of supporting his family of six.  You can read more about this courageous family here.

This is the card I created for Reggie.
I love this image by Mo Manning.  It is called Love you Daddy.
The banner has the names of all the children.

Prima Doll House

Wow!  These Prima Doll Stamps are so much fun.

This is my second attempt with a Prima Doll Stamp.  I used this tutorial from Live Love Scrap on YouTube to make the doll house.  She has some awesome videos.  There is a really cute one with shoes and a shoebox.  That is next on my list to try.  This went through many transformations.  I started with regular cardstock.  It felt too flimsy, so I added chipboard on all sides to firm things up.  Then it needed a topper, then the sides were too plain and so were the inside sides and so on and so  on.  I am claiming it is now finished.  LOL.

This will be for my granddaughter's birthday next month.  She will be nine!  It has been a so much fun watching her grow. We have lots of fun crafting together and have been crafting since she was 3.  She is quite the artist and designs as she goes.

Prima Doll Stamps

Hi everyone!  Just discovered these gorgeous stamps.  Not for the faint of heart.  Pretty large as stamps go, over 6 inches, but lots of fun.  I knew I had to have these as soon as I saw them and they do not disappoint.

The tag was made using cardstock from my stash.  I colored her with Copics and paper pieced her tiara and dress, then popped up the dress and her with dimensionals.

Tag Design:
Prima Doll Stamp
Doily
Jolee's Boutique flower
Pearls
Copics
Charms
Ribbon

These tags are so beautiful, just trying to figure out the best way to use/display them.  I think I will try mounting them on a larger surface.  Hope you give these a try.  They are really fun to work with.

I will be entering her in the following challenges:

The Shabby Tea Room - Beautiful Spring Photo Inspiration
Sugar Creek Hollow Challenge - Spring Flowers
Fussy and Fancy - Anything Goes

Thanks so much for stopping by.  Would love to hear your thoughts on this tag.
Have a wonderfully, happy week.
