Enjoy Every Moment

I made an easel card with this adorable little Golf Tilda.
She reminds me of my mom - a golfer and someone who worked hard and played hard.

Close up of the top of the card.

Close up of Tilda.  She's very serious about her golf!

I used copics to color her and paper pieced her clothes.
Papers are from DCWV - Linen Closet.
Stamps used were Golf Tilda, Amy R. handy additions, and Paper Studio.
The little flag stamp is from Anna Griffin.
Spellbinders Fancy Tags Two.
Pearls were added using Aleene's Super Thick Tacky Glue.
Seam binding was used for the bow.

I am entering her into the following challenges:

I used paper piecing, layering and die cuts.

The Little Patriot - Waiting for Daddy

This is a little post it holder that I made to honor our veterans and their families.

I love this Tilda and puppy stamp - just too cute!  The bench is a CC Designs digital stamp.  Both were colored with copics.  The flag was colored with colored pencils - Crayola!  The blue/grey background was embossed with Spellbinders M-Bossabilities paisley embossing folder.  If you haven't tried these, they are awesome - two designs on one folder.  I used stardust stickles on her shoes and shirt.  The red lace is from Michaels.  The last of my blue sparkly ribbon was from my stash.

 Here is the inside.
The sentiment was done in Word and cut out with a Spellbinders die.

I love this John Milton quote.

Thank you to all our veterans, past and present, men and women!

I am entering her in the following challenge (s):

I am so very grateful to all who visit.
